DELIVERY OF COMPACTED BARRIERS

Barriers are delivered compactly packed and ready for immediate use. No special machinery is required. They occupy minimal space, making storage easy.

UNROLLING AND PLACEMENT

Barriers are simply unrolled and placed on the ground in the area to be protected. They can be positioned on even or uneven terrain. A 10 m long, 50 cm high empty barrier weighs about 45 kg, meaning two people can easily carry and position it. 

3. STEP

INFLATING WITH AIR

Using a compressor, the barrier is quickly inflated with air to achieve initial shape and stability. The ability to set up inflated barriers rapidly — especially during bad weather — is a significant advantage of this technology.

CONNECTING BARRIER SEGMENTS

Individual segments are connected into a protective chain tailored to the length and shape of the terrain. Due to their design, they can be linked into continuous lengths. Components are available in sizes of 5, 10, 15, 20, or 25 m.

FILLING WITH WATER AND AIR RELEASE

The barriers are filled with water while air is simultaneously released. This gives the barrier the required weight, stability, and resistance to water pressure. For example, a 10 m long, 1.4 m high barrier element filled with water weighs around 30 tons (double element).

The protection barrier is fully functional and ready to contain and redirect flood water — with no additional work or improvisation required.
