Personalization techniques.

We will help you choose the best for you.

DTF printing.

Unlike screen printing, where the motif is applied to silk stretched on a wooden frame (the so-called screen), DTF digital printing is a new technology that, as the name suggests, applies the motif directly to the product. DTF digital printing can be applied to cotton fabrics or cotton-polyester blends with a higher proportion of cotton, and during production, the color is partially absorbed into the structure of the fabric itself, so the print is much softer to the touch and more comfortable to wear than prints made with other techniques.

DTF digital printing is made by first applying the motif to special foils and then using a thermal press to transfer it to the product. Due to this way of making it, except for cotton and cotton-polyester blends, it can be applied to almost all types of fabrics and materials: polyester (jerseys, t-shirts, bags), softshell, jeans, leather (wallets, bags), wood, etc.

Embroidery.

Embroidery is a process in which a sewing machine or embroidery machine is used to create patterns on textiles. It is used commercially in product branding, corporate advertising and uniform decoration. It is also used in the fashion industry to decorate garments.

Embroidery on textiles provides faster, more precise and more resistant results compared to other techniques of textile application. It is also more resistant to washing and wear, which extends the durability of the product.

Screen printing.

Screen printing is a technique that originated in ancient China and has been successfully used as a direct printing method ever since. As a technique, screen printing has a great advantage over other printing processes because there are practically no limitations in its application. The variety of substrates that can be printed on and the durability of the print is unmatched by any other printing technique. Screen printing also enables precise printing on paper, PVC, leather, textiles, wood, glass, and there is almost no material to which this technique cannot be applied.

Screen printing is basically a stencil printing process. Unlike conventional cutting templates made of paper or foil, screen printing technology can also be used to display highly detailed graphics and motifs with free-standing elements. Printing is possible with the help of silk, through which, during the printing process, the color is pushed with a rubber tool on a wooden or aluminum holder.
