• Putek or PU Tek is a technology used to produce high-performance materials with maximum wear resistance
• PU Tek materials are made from coated polyester 'yarns' that are woven directly into the fabric structure to provide extra strength and durability
• Polyester yarn, i.e. the core, is coated with polyurethane
• The combination results in yarns that are extremely resistant to stretching and wear, which can then be directly woven into the structure of different fabrics, resulting in textiles with superior mechanical performance
• Putek fabrics are extremely strong, but at the same time light and flexible, which allows them to be easily cut, shaped and sewn into clothes, shoes and various other products
• Uppers made of PU Tek not only provide high protection to the user, they also provide excellent durability and are additionally light, flexible, breathable and waterproof.
• On the tongue of the shoe there is a pocket for inserting laces with the function of preventing untying
